We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve SimPosz; to process transactions and generate reports for your business; to communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests; and to detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraud. We do not sell your business data to third parties.

We share data with third parties only where necessary to operate the service — for example, payment processors to handle transactions, or delivery/aggregator platforms you choose to connect (such as Zomato or Swiggy). We require these providers to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection standards. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

SimPosz is a business tool intended for use by restaurant and retail operators and their staff. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
